Individual therapy looks different for everyone. This is a one on one session. If paid by insurance, copay's are due at the time of service and are likely limited to once a week. Private pay is available as well (can be added as additional to insurance limits) and are available on a sliding scale.
Couples Counseling can be paid by insurance or private pay. Sessions can be premarital, post marital, tune up for long term relationships, problem specific, divorce consultation, or couples skill building.
Group therapy constitute 4 to 8 individuals and one to two therapist working in a group at either a specific symptom/issue or building skill through a specific focus. This group is eligible for insurance pay or private pay.
Different groups will be offered that don't fit neatly into group therapy criteria but are worth offering. Cost is less to make it more accessible. Sliding Scale is also available.
Private one-on-one personal training.
I will put together a program for you, you will follow the work out that has been laid out for the day and work pretty much independently at the same time as up to 3 other individuals.
